Babbling - The Soon To Be Traditional New Year’s Day Post
Welcome to 2009, folks!
So let’s recap. This year, I saw
- Over 200 performances in 3 states
- 900 feet of rope get used in said performances
- One 8′ length of chain get confiscated by airport security
- 4000 flight miles
- Hundreds of people laughing, cheering, and occasionally shouting things that made me lose it in the middle of my shows
- Several hundred yards of burlap
- Six new pair of RenFaire pants
- Six codpieces (see: RenFaire pants)
- my Pointy toed boots get resoled with big stompy lug soles
- The Act get refined over and over and over again
- 400 Unique Visitors to This Here Blog (Huzzah!)
- A bunch of my Repeat Offenders coming back to Shrewsbury, Valhalla, Golden Gate, and NorCal (Hi, folks!)
- A new Facebook profile! (theadequate, natch)
- 900+ Twitter Updates
